We believe in work life balance, which is why we offer 10 paid holidays a year and 10 days of accrued vacation in your first year, with more for longer tenured employees. Additionally, we offer 6 days of accrued paid sick time off annually. After a year of employment, we also offer a 401k with a 3% company match to help you plan with the future in mind.
