Frequently Asked Questions
Our Roxane Purified Water bottle is made of polyethylene terephthalate (PET). PET is a type of food-safe plastic that is recyclable.
A recyclable bottle means that once you’re done with it, the bottle can be collected, processed, and turned into new products, like new bottles, clothing, or packaging, instead of ending up in a landfill. Remember, all of our Roxane Purified Water bottles are recyclable*!
*Recycling facilities for Roxane Purified Water bottles may not exist in your area.
Yes, all of our Roxane Purified Water bottles are 100% BPA-free. Our bottles are made of polyethylene terephthalate (PET) plastic. PET plastic never contains BPA. Customarily, BPA is used to make polycarbonate, a completely different plastic not related to PET. Polycarbonate is not used in the production of PET materials, nor is it used as a chemical building block for any of the materials used in our manufacturing. There is absolutely no risk of BPA leaching into our product.
Roxane Purified Water can be found at grocery stores within the Southeast and Southwestern United States. If you’re having trouble finding our water, please contact our Consumer Services Department by telephone at 1(833) 276-9263.
Bottles should be stored in a clean, dry, and odor-free place. Avoid storing them near cleaning products or household chemicals to help maintain your water’s freshness and quality.
Our water can be safely stored for several years. However, because storage conditions vary from person to person, we recommend drinking the product before the “Best if used by” date (two years after production), printed on the neck of the bottle. This ensures the best taste and quality.
If you’re drinking straight from the bottle, we recommend drinking your Roxane Purified Water within 24 hours. If you pour your water into a glass, it’s best to consume within 48 hours. For optimal freshness, we advise you to keep your water refrigerated after opening.
We can only guarantee the quality and freshness of Roxane Purified Water, not any other liquid added to our bottles. Refilling may introduce microorganisms that can grow inside the container, which could affect the safety and the taste. For these reasons, we do not recommend refilling the bottle.
Roxane Purified Water is sourced from the municipal water supplies of Orlando, Florida and Pasadena, Texas, where our bottling facilities are located. We then purify the water through our nano-filtration process (reverse osmosis unit).
Roxane Purified Water is considered a purified water because it undergoes a thorough purification process of reverse osmosis. This process removes impurities, minerals, and other contaminants to ensure safe, clean, and refreshing drinking water.

At CG Roxane, we maintain rigorous daily controls to ensure the quality and safety of our water. We also conduct weekly internal and external bacteriological controls, and a comprehensive yearly analysis is conducted by accredited external FDA regulation laboratories. This thorough process ensures that every bottle you receive meets the highest quality.
